Being able to squat 490 lbs and bench 315 lbs never comes easy to anyone, but offensive lineman Jack O’Neil does the work. He wakes up every morning at 6:30 to get ready for the day. After school, he and his teammates work hard at practice for 2-3 hours every day. He goes to bed by 11 and is ready to do it all again the following day.

His favorite ice cream is cookies and cream.
