As soon as the holiday season approaches, many people forget they were ever trying to eat healthy or stay active because it’s just too tempting to eat all of the high-calorie foods, such as pumpkin pie and candied yams. However, all it takes is a little conscious effort to keep fit during the holidays.

Ah, Christmas time, snow is falling in large snowflakes, covering the ground and trees very gently. You turn on the TV to your local news channel, and lo and behold you hear reports of the Christmas madness, The women who stabbed another to get that flat screen TV for a low cost, And you thinking… Yikes.
Pine trees, vibrant light bulbs, crackling wrapping paper, and commercialism. I’ll take “what is Christmas” for 200, Alex. Yes! That is correct! But had a contestant answered family, friends, community or even Jesus, they would have been out of any points they had felt entitled to.

As soon as the weather turns chilly and the leaves have fallen, our minds turn to one thing: the holidays. No matter what you celebrate, the holidays mean ‘time off school’. And if you’re like a large percent of the population, the holidays also means Christmas.
Tis’ the season of giving to get where Black Friday is more important of a holiday than Christmas because the discount you get on good gifts is more important than showing love for your family.
In a Hallmark movie, you wake up in a small town wearing a flannel and a vest, walking down a snow-covered street heading to your favorite coffee shop with your best friend. You order a coffee and a croissant, you live the perfect life in the perfect little town. Yet, your plans become foiled after running into a handsome stranger, the coffee is down, the coffee everywhere.
