A disease called negativity has been slowly making its way around the school, but with the help of Bingham’s kindness clubs, we could eradicate it completely.
Most Bingham students know the Madrigals as the singers in blue polo shirts who sing the school hymn after assemblies. While that may be one of their most common performances, the Madrigals are involved in much more than keeping us quiet for the last five minutes of assemblies.
Bingham High Cheer squad is full of determination, power, and skill. The cheerleaders at Bingham High motivate the football, Volleyball and Basketball teams, the spectators and each other, and excel in their own events.

As we watch the trophy awarded and the net cut down, my friends and I turn to leave. My heart suddenly drops when I look to see the opposing team getting awarded the second place state championship trophy, and instead of clapping and cheering, our student section has turned their backs. At this point, I am at the top of the arena, as I see the student section still turned away. This isn’t right.
If the Bingham Swim team is not in the pool or at the gym, they are setting goals to better themselves. Each swimmer has individual goals and works hard to accomplish them. Bingham swimmers began preparing for tryouts in September. Tryouts were held the first week of October and the swimmers have not stopped working since.
Varsity Girl’s Volleyball has just finished their season by playing in their last game of the season against Pleasant Grove High School on Saturday, November 4. They finished with a league record of 3-4-0 and an overall record of 17-9-0.
